THE WALK 2015 Fashion Show SAIC

Hello lovelies!

This year on May 8th the SAIC is having their annual fashion show called THE WALK. It is Chicago's coolest fashion show of the year. I have attended the show every year since 2011. Each year I am blown away by the student designers, the show gets better every year! I look forward to attending this event all year! I have a feeling that this year is going to be epic! I highly recommend everyone coming to this fashion show to see and support the designers! There are three different times on Friday, May 8th that you can see the show: 9 a.m. dress rehearsal, tickets are $40,12 p.m. and 3 p.m. shows are general admission seating tickets are $75, and THE WALK 5:30 p.m tickets start at $500 (For tickets to SAIC Fashion 2015 and THE WALK, visit http://saicfashion.org)

Winter Break

Hello lovelies!

Over winter break we went to Miami for a week. The weather was high 70's and low 80's the entire time and sunny so we couldn't asked for better weather. Being in the sun felt so good! We stayed at a lovely hotel called the Delano in South Beach. The Delano is such a cool place, it is added to my list of favorite hotels for sure! The decor and interior design was so beautiful. We stayed in a bungalow which was all white on the inside and had an amazing balcony which was where we spent many nights dancing on. For the majority of the time I was with my little sister Danielle, Maddy, and Brooke. We had such an amazing time together. Some highlights from the trip were: laying out in the sun, the J. Cole NYE pool party, dancing in the pool, sitting out on the pool beds at night, eating cobb salads, and drinking iced coffee all day. I hope everyone had a nice holiday! All of these photos were taken on my phone so my apologies for the lack of quality in some shots. I hope you like my photo diary of our trip.

2014 UNPUBLISHED

Hello, 

2014 was one of the best years of my life. I will always remember it as a year filled with stress and excitement. I am so thankful for my friends and family for making this year so special. Although this post isn't in my usual format, being all fashion related, it is more personal. I look forward to this next year and can't wait for the new adventures I will go on!! I wanted to share some exciting news... I'm going to be moving to NYC for college next year and couldn't be more excited! I feel that living in New York has always been the right place for me and can't wait to begin exploring!!!! However Chicago will always hold a sweet spot in my heart. I hope that everyone has the best new year! Enjoy my year of 2014 in photos!
