Paris S'15

Bonjour!
I just returned from my wonderful trip to Europe! My first post from my trip will cover my amazing experience in Paris. I could write for hours about my trip, but instead I will give you my highlights! I went to so many wonderful places in Paris! Going to Paris this summer was a graduation gift from my amazing Aunt. On my first day I had a fashion guide, named Florian who took me to Yves Saint Laurent's atelier, the original Chanel store, the original Hermès store, Colette, Dior, and etc. I had a private tour of YSL's atelier, which was fantastic! I was able to learn so much about him and his process of design. Day 2 was when I went to Galeries Lafayette for a personal shopping day. The personal shopping suite was beautiful, overlooking the city. The inside was very modern, they set up our picks like mini closets. Before trying our picks, we got our makeup done. I was pleasantly surprised with the accents of blue on my eyes. After trying on many outfits, snacking on Pierre Hermé macarons, and taking many pictures, I chose the winners for my wardrobe. One of the items I got that is shown below are the Miu Miu pointed platforms. Thank you to my Aunt for the spectacular graduation gift! On day 3 Florian took us to the Marais and showed me so many new french boutiques. I ended up getting myself these amazing shoes I will post later! We then went to the Jean Paul Gaultier exhibit which was absolutely fantastic (a separate post will follow)! After that we watched the fireworks near the Eiffel Tower, which was so cool! Day 4 we went to Giverny to see Monet's gardens, they were absolutely stunning. Day 5 we visited the Palace of Versailles which was so beautiful and great to take pictures of. Day 6 we went to the Musée Rodin, the flowers there were spectacular! The first few pictures are from the Rodin. Day 7 was our last day we decided to go to St. Germain and walk along the Siene. Overall my trip was amazing! Every time I go to Paris I fall more and more in love with the city and culture! I know that I will live there one day. I will be going back as soon as I can!

Enjoy,
